At The Black Pearl Distillery, we combine tradition with
innovation to create exceptional rum. Our unique offerings
include spiced rum, cigar rum, and crafted beers through our
sister company, Small Hamlet Brewery. We also focus
on sustainability by using recyclable bottles and repurposing
old barrels into furniture. Additionally, we support our
community by donating to cancer research (CRUK) and
sponsoring local initiatives.
Investing in a rum or whiskey cask is a unique opportunity to own a
physical asset that appreciates over time. Here’s how it works:
- We source rare and high-quality casks (ex-Bourbon, sherry, or
wine barrique) at trade prices.
- After agreeing on an investment proposal, we verify your details
through AML (Anti-Money Laundering)
- Once verified, you’ll receive an invoice and make payment via
secure bank transfer.
- You’ll then receive a Certificate of Ownership and
an Acknowledgement of Ownership from the warehouse.
- Your cask is stored in an HMRC-bonded warehouse with 10
years of insurance and storage
- You’ll have full naming rights when the spirit is bottled, and we
can help you sell, bottle, or even buy back the cask in the future.

creations! Here’s how you can join:
- Fill out our Taste Tester Application Form on our website or

- If selected, you’ll receive three complimentary bottles per
