Our Story

Founded in 2022 by Graham Patten

Our journey was sparked by a passion for premium spirits and a personal triumph over bowel cancer. A journey that now fuels our commitment to supporting Cancer Research UK and local community icons like St. Helens Rugby Club.

Inspired by the legendary Prohibition-era rumrunner Captain McCoy, we blend time-honoured traditions with modern flair, crafting unique profiles such as our signature spiced apple and cigar rums from our home on the Wirral Peninsula.

In 2025 we reached a new milestone with the launch of our HMRC-compliant bonded warehouse in Cheshire. A strategic hub for maturation and storage of duty-suspended spirits, built on the philosophy that bigger doesn’t always mean better.
